A pregnant friend of mine called me a few years back and asked me how I balanced motherhood with a demanding career in television. My answer? I expect to make some mistakes and embarrass myself regularly, but I work harder than anyone else on set. It is with that transparency and honesty that I launched Boss Mom Productions with the intention of creating a company that honors and celebrates story telling and interesting POVs. I believe that television should be transformative and inspiring and, well, FUN! Boss Mom Productions mission is to deliver diverse and singular programming that inspires conversation and, most importantly, puts a smile on people's faces.
